Tinplate box packaging has a wide coverage in the packaging container industry due to its good airtightness, freshness, light resistance, sturdiness and unique metal decoration charm. It is a world-wide packaging variety. With the continuous enrichment of various CC materials, DR materials and chrome chrome plating of tinplate box manufacturers, the development of packaging products and technologies has been promoted, and tinplate box packaging is full of innovation.
Iron box manufacturer's traditional iron barrel tea box metal packaging cans: cut the metal plate into squares, then roll the blank into a cylinder (or barrel), welding caused by longitudinal joints causes side sealing, and one end of the cylinder (i.e. the bottom of the tank) is the mechanical side cover of the rolling seal flange (this is the double-slit end of the ring), and the other end of the tank is sealed; then the product is covered. Since the container consists of three parts: the bottom of the tank, the body of the tank and the lid, it is characterized by the following three parts. This method can be used for more than 150 years and has basically not changed much, but in terms of initiative and accuracy, there have been great progress in recent years, and edge sealing seam welding will be used instead.
A new principle emerged in the early 1970s. According to this principle, the tank body and the tank bottom are formed integrally, pressed from a circular plate, and then the product is sealed into the product. Iron box manufacturers have two methods for forming this type of tank: stamping thinning method (stamping method) and stamping method (deep drawing method). These skills are not new. Unlike tanks that consume ultra-thin metals and high-speed (annual output of hundreds of millions of dollars), stamping and stretching methods were used to make casings as early as World War II.
