Method and process of iron box production

The raw material of the iron box is tinplate, so one step in making the tinplate is how to print the pattern on the tinplate. Iron box printing uses the physical properties of water and ink to repel each other. It uses the pressure applied by the drum to transfer the graphics on the plate through the blanket to the tinplate. This is the well-known principle of offset printing. Tinplate has special physical and chemical properties and printing adsorption capabilities, and the printing process is different from offset printing. After all the colors are applied, the tinplate needs to be coated with a layer of bright oil on the surface, in order to improve the surface gloss and to increase the hardness of the iron material.

Then drill holes on the finished iron product on the machine. Stamping is a metal processing technology that is widely used in plastics, metals, etc. It is a process of forming iron materials in an instant by applying pressure. Process the tinplate into the desired shape and semi-finished product. Stamping is divided into cold stamping and hot stamping: cold stamping is metal processing at room temperature and is generally suitable for iron materials with a thickness below 4mm, and has the advantages of high productivity, high accuracy and strong stability.

The production process of iron boxes under general conditions is: iron material-cutting-stamping-assembly-packaging. The stamping process is an important step in forming an iron box.
