1. Basic customer needs

When we first communicate with customers, do we first understand the customer's needs? We will ask customers the basic requirements such as the shape of the iron box, product size, what products, quantity, design patterns, etc. With these basic information combined to quote the customers, generally, customers will ask for samples to be sent according to customer requirements and wait for the customer to understand the jar process and structure, and then further communicate about the design patterns. Usually, our design is designed according to the customer's design draft or we help customers design patterns. We will design based on customer needs to make the product design achieve the effect.

2. Proof of iron box products

Product proofing, not all customers need to proofing, and in some cases, customers will directly make big products. Why do you want it? The proofing is after the customer confirms the design draft and wants to know what the box is like. This is also to determine whether the printed finished product is the same. If the color of the proofing changes, you can adjust it when making large goods.

3. Open the mold of the iron box

Download the mold. This is a relatively complex project and it occupies a relatively product cycle. Some customers have special product processes or need the size of the iron box to be exactly the same. Iron box manufacturers will first ask the customer if the similar size is OK. If the customer insists on requiring the same size and product process, they must open the mold. After understanding the specific structure of the customer's product, the iron box manufacturer will give the customer some suggestions on which structure is suitable for his product and which may affect the product. If the customer wants to open the mold and also needs to open the mold, both can be performed at the same time.

4. Typesetting printing

Typesetting printing. There are two ways to type and print, one is to imitate and the second is to special edition. If there are many types of products, choose a special edition, and print one product on one sheet of iron, so that the production cycle will be shorter than the imposition. If the quantity is small, we will use the imposition method and put it on a piece of paper with other products, which will take a relatively longer time because we need to find the right product to put it together. Generally, the production cycle is set with customers for 20-25 days because the layout and printing takes a little time.

5. Iron box production

Iron box production. After the layout and printing is completed, you must start installing molds for debugging and making iron boxes. Each sheet of tinplate must be cut-cut-stamped and packaged, and only after these sets of processes can the finished iron box be produced. The production of iron boxes is different in different processes. Some iron boxes only require 7-8 processes, while some iron boxes with complex processes require more than a dozen processes.

6. Product inspection and out-of-stock. After the iron box is packaged, before shipment, the iron box will pass through relevant personnel to ensure that the product is qualified and shipped. Regarding transportation, you can choose private vehicle transportation or logistics transportation, which is determined based on the quantity.
