1. Preparation: molded gray board box (bottom, cover), bottom and cover paper, double gray around the mouth, bib surface paper, inner surface paper

Tools: scraper, rag, alcohol

Glue: Select the appropriate glue according to the surface treatment of the surface paper

2, production process and process

(1) Open the glue machine and adjust the glue to a suitable thickness (adjust the glue thickness according to the box material process).

(2) Put the bottom box side of the glue side facing down, put the glued paper in the roller of the glue machine, and use the other hand to catch the glued paper at the outlet of the paper, and quickly place the glued side facing up on the work surface.

(3) Stick the corner bottom gray board box to the four corners or the crimping position of the front paper; and press it to avoid displacement.

(4) First wrap the paper on the front of the lower box, then wrap the paper on both sides, and finally wrap the paper on the back of the box. When packaging, make sure there are no gaps or exposed gray plates. Repackage the non-adhesive position with adhesive.

(5) Use a scraper to scrape the surface paper wrapped in the box to ensure that it is firmly adhered to the gray board.

(6) Wipe the outside of the box with a cloth to smooth the foam and wipe away dirt from the adhesive.

(7) The production method of the lid box is basically the same. Repeat the above steps to make the bottom box.

(8) After the lid box is wrapped with the front and sides of the surface paper; aligning the bottom box with the front cover attached to the upper and lower sides, and aligning the back cover of the front cover with the bottom back. Box. (After the lid box is finished, if the sealing glue is not dry, it should be assembled and used as soon as possible)

(9) Open the box and press the two sides of the bottom cover to ensure that the sealing glue is firmly attached. The paper is glued inside. Put it on the connecting places; then wrap it flat to both sides.

(10) Surround the bin, the bib is glued with paper, and the glue is placed on the work surface facing up.

(11) Put the butt angle of the gray plate of the angled bib to the downwards, and align the corner of the bib to the two corners of the surface paper and the pressing position; and press it to avoid displacement.
